Derek Pendleton did not created this model, or re-sculpt anything. He edited the model, omitting the Skin mesh and the hair mesh, as they drove the polycount over 20 million points. He uploaded the Ztool. This model represents an actual person that was scanned in a medical facility. It is an amazing teaching tool, and artists on all levels need good reference.
